Evening meals will feature
elegant fare. Meals will include such items as Roast Pork Tenderloin with
Garlic, Apples & Thyme, Grilled Tuna with Tomato, Olive and Herb
Compote, Roast Duck or Braised Chicken with Artichoke Hearts, Mushrooms and
Peppers. If you have a favorite dish that you want prepared, we will be
